Commercial pathway

Transparent starting terms. Controlled expansion.

Prove workflow value in a measured advisory pilot, then decide whether annual access, added users, or separately scoped custom work is justified.

Recommended starting point

90-Day Advisory Pilot

$20,000Up to 20 named users

A bounded evaluation of the current 12-copilot platform across agreed workflows, with remote onboarding, measurement, and executive review.

  • No plant-system integration
  • Approved inputs and manual photo uploads
  • Defined adoption, output-quality, safety, handoff, and value measures
  • Cross-functional workflow and expert-interruption measurement
  • Human review and escalation requirements
  • No automatic annual conversion

After validated results

Annual Plant License

$60,000One plant and 20 named users

Continued advisory access under an annual agreement after the pilot results and diligence requirements are accepted.

  • Access to the 12 current copilots across approved workflows
  • Remote named-user onboarding and basic business-hours support
  • Product updates within the standard platform
  • One-for-one seat reassignment for role changes or departures
  • Integration and custom development excluded

Annual expansion

Additional Named Users

$1,500Per additional user per contract year

Add users beyond the 20 included annual seats without changing the underlying plant-license scope.

  • $125 per remaining full contract month for mid-term additions
  • Shared accounts are not permitted
  • Seat additions documented in writing
  • No charge for approved one-for-one replacement
  • Volume structures available only through a separate proposal

Separate engagement

Custom Builds

ScopedDiscovery and proposal required

Purpose-built copilots, workflow tools, reports, interfaces, configuration, or integration outside the standard platform.

  • Requirements and architecture discovery
  • Written acceptance criteria
  • Security and data review
  • Separate delivery schedule
  • Remote delivery standard; onsite services separately scoped
  • Fixed, milestone-based, or other agreed pricing

Onsite implementation & training

Bring CementOps onsite when the engagement calls for it.

Remote implementation is standard. Onsite discovery, implementation, team training, and custom-build support are available in the United States and internationally, subject to availability. Professional services, travel time, airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and related expenses are scoped and approved separately before travel is booked.

Published figures are planning terms, not an offer capable of acceptance. Final scope, taxes, payment timing, support, travel, data terms, and legal obligations are established in an executed agreement.

Scope questions executives ask first

Does the standard platform connect to plant systems?

No. The current advisory offering does not connect to SCADA, historians, SAP, cameras, Azure, Entra, or other plant systems. Any future connection is a separate project requiring technical, security, governance, and commercial approval.

Is proprietary plant information required?

No. The pilot can begin with public, synthetic, redacted, or otherwise approved material. Plant-specific documents, text, history, or photographs may be used only after written customer authorization.

Can users upload photos?

Manual, user-selected photo uploads are available in applicable copilots. Plant-specific photos require customer authorization. Camera connections and automated image ingestion are excluded from the standard platform.

Can CementOps provide onsite implementation and training?

Yes. Remote implementation is standard. Onsite discovery, implementation, training, and custom-build support are available in the United States and internationally, subject to availability. Onsite professional services, travel time, airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and related expenses are scoped and approved separately in the applicable proposal or Statement of Work.

Are outputs operational instructions or professional determinations?

No. Outputs are advisory work products for qualified human review. CementOps does not assume operational, safety, regulatory, engineering, environmental, legal, or financial authority.

Can named users consult copilots outside their primary department?

Within the customer-approved scope, yes. Cross-functional access supports learning, question preparation, and coordination. It does not transfer operational, maintenance, safety, regulatory, environmental, engineering, quality, legal, or financial authority.
