Why pilot-stage
The build is only one part of readiness.
A responsible launch also requires a bounded customer workflow, participant consent and notice, approved data handling, configured responsibility, and evidence that users can review and correct the output effectively.
CementOps will not represent Huddle as generally available until those controls are validated in an appropriate pilot.

Is CementOps Huddle live for general use?
No. CementOps Huddle is pilot-stage. Access begins through a controlled pilot briefing, agreed workflow, data and consent review, and defined acceptance criteria.
Does Huddle automatically create an official plant record?
No. Huddle prepares reviewable meeting outputs. Authorized personnel must approve, correct, reject, or adopt content according to company policy before it becomes an official record.
Does Huddle evaluate employees or make safety decisions?
No. Huddle is not an employee sentiment, performance, or disciplinary system, and it does not determine hazards, approve controls, authorize work, or replace qualified safety judgment.
